Our store does not accept exchanges or refund if the items received not clean or damaged .

and no refunds on personalised items unless the item is faulty we will offer an exchange. 

Kindly contact us through whatsup if there is any faulty items. 

After your request has been approved, we will respond back and replace your faulty item with a new one. The product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging.
